2. Description of Service & Free Access
TimerHub provides free web-based utility timers, alarms, metronomes, chess clocks, and routines designed to run directly in modern web browsers. The service is provided free of charge, without mandatory account registration. We reserve the right to modify, update, enhance, or discontinue any feature or tool at our discretion without prior liability.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use TimerHub only for lawful, personal, instructional, or professional timing purposes. You agree not to:
- Disrupt, overload, or attack the website's infrastructure, hosting systems, or associated networks.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with security measures, ad placements, or site integrity.
- Systematically scrape, mirror, or repackage TimerHub software or editorial content for commercial distribution without prior written consent.
4. Non-Critical Timing Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT NOTICE: While TimerHub utilizes drift-corrected engines and background Web Worker synchronization to achieve maximum reliability, all web-based timers remain subject to underlying hardware power-saving states, browser throttling, battery sleep states, and device operating system policies outside of our control.
TimerHub is NOT intended or certified for life-critical, medical, industrial safety, emergency response, or dangerous operations timing. You must not rely on TimerHub as the sole timing device for critical medical dosing, vital patient monitoring, chemical reactions, or safety-critical equipment shutdowns. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TimerHub, its authors, and affiliates disclaim all warranties (express or implied) and shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from reliance on the service.
5. Advertising & Third-Party Services
TimerHub is funded through digital advertising, including Google AdSense. Third-party advertisers may display commercial announcements in designated ad slots. We do not endorse third-party products, services, or claims advertised through automated ad networks. Your interactions with third-party advertisements are governed by the respective advertisers' terms and privacy policies.
6. Intellectual Property
The TimerHub brand name, logotype, visual user interface design, typography systems, sound synthesis configurations, and proprietary source code are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
7. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of TimerHub after updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
